Memphis Botanic Garden is a 96-acre natural Oasis in Memphis, Tennessee. Visitors can see various plants, trees and flowers in 23 specialty gardens. Families should bring children to this botanic garden so they can connect with nature and appreciate and learn to protect the environment. The Japanese garden and the herb garden are popular attractions in Memphis Botanic garden. The Botanic garden features many family activities and hands-on play activities for the children. The beautiful garden is open year-round and the members can enter for free.

• Visit the beautiful gardens and see the Anne Stokes butterfly garden, and the Asian garden featuring plants from East Asia including Southern Himalayas.
• See native plants of North and South America in the succulent garden. The herb garden features 750 species of plants.
• The prehistoric garden is children's favorite spot, it has dinosaur statues, a cave, fossil dig pit for kids to play in, play structure and some prehistoric plant species.
• The Japanese garden features a beautiful red bridge, the garden is home to geese, turtle and Koi fish, the garden hosts candlelight tours for the visitors.
• Visitors with special needs can stroll through and enjoy the sensory garden, the nature photography garden is frequently visited by the photographers.
• Rose garden displays 75 species of roses, also there are woodland and the sculpture garden.
• Families can have a picnic at the pine grove picnic area. The Fratelli's cafe features an outdoor terrace seating, enjoy fresh soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts.
